Paul is a beef farmer in Gloucestershire, he owns Melview Farming with wife Kirsty, together they own the Melview Herd of pedigree Aberdeen Angus, and also finish Angus x Holstein Friesia heifers on contract for Blade Farming. Paul has worked in all aspects of the supply chain having been a butcher and having spent several years in the breeding industry before farming in his own right. Richard Phelps

Richard is Managing Director of Blade Farming and is known globally as an expert in beef production and marketing. Richard is responsible in ensuring that Southern Counties Fresh Foods, the targets abbatoir in Britian is full of great British Cattle. Richard advises on all aspects of Aberdeen Angus beef production and marketing.

Kirsty Westaway

Kirsty is Pauls wife and a partner in Melview Farming. Kirsty has had a long interest in meat quality as her father Malcolm was a well respected carcass grader for MLC and is a passionate cowman himself. Kirsty runs all the business side of

Nick Kirby

Nick is Paul's business partner in and also "Livestock International" a company that specialises in marketing all kinds of farm species. Nick has many years experience in importing, marketing and exporting bovine genetics.

Tricia Samuel

Tricia is the glue that makes work! She is based in our office in Gloucestershire and looks after our website and literature. Tricia is also responsible for liaison with breeders, customers and suppliers.

Rob Wills

Rob is a globally renowned expert in beef genetics, he is the owner of UK sires that runs two bull studs in Britain and exports semen all over the world. Rob advises on all aspects of bull selection, collection and marketing to ensure we give maximum satisfaction for our customers.

Geoff Corke

Geoff has been involved in importing and exporting british cattle for over 40 years, he is also well known for sourcing great bulls and cows for british breeders from all corners of England, Scotland and Wales. He is also a partner in UK Sires who collect the majority of our bulls. Geoff advises on all aspects of cattle marketing both in Britain and around the world.
